What do I do when Mom’s money runs out?
Because we have a contract with the Medicaid program and we do not limit the number of Medicaid eligible residents in our facility, the administrative staff will direct you to the appropriate persons at DSHS, HCS to complete the necessary paperwork and mom will stay where she is.
 
 
What types of activities do you have?
Our activity director has designed a program to fit a diversity of interests. Programs range from a daily exercise program, weekly outings, bingo and Bible study, arts and crafts, nail care, story time, monthly birthday parties, and much more.
 
 
Do you have nursing services?
We have a fulltime Registered nurse on duty that is overseen by a part-time RN.
 
 
How do I get mom to the doctor?
We have a bus onsite to transfer residents to doctors appointments.  We do not have a physician that comes onsite unless the resident arranges for onsite visits.  We certainly allow this. 
 
 
What if mom wants to leave the building?
Residents are allowed to come and go from the facility as long as their physician has said it is safe for them to leave.
